These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and g4444 ("g4444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the g4444 platform, including all sports betting services, casino games, account facilities, payment services, bonuses, promotions, and any other features made available via the g4444 website at g4444.io and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or casino wager on g4444, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use g4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. g4444 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings or balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and third-party agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of g4444 or any of its affiliate companies, technology providers, or casino game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in accordance with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by g4444 for a breach of these Terms.

g4444 targets players in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their location before registering or depositing funds.

Each player may hold only one registered account on g4444. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, g4444 reserves the right to close all related accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any associated bets or casino winnings without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. g4444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

g4444 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months;

Deposits are credited to your g4444 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. g4444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the Cashier section and is subject to change. g4444 will process withdrawal requests to fully KYC-verified accounts within 1–24 hours of approval. g4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All transactions on g4444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a legitimate g4444 deposit will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account pending investigation. g4444 reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback by all legal means available.

g4444 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket season promotions tied to BPL and IPL fixtures.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.

All sports bets placed on g4444 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others) are published in the Rules section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation from g4444. g4444 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where a market has been suspended, or where a bet is placed after the scheduled start of an event.

Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to the wager.

Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets operate on fast-moving data feeds. g4444 operates a "bet at your own risk" policy for live markets and accepts no liability for delays, data errors, or connectivity issues that may affect the live betting experience.

Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment (subject to sport-specific rules), obvious pricing errors, or evidence of market manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are published in the platform's betting rules. g4444 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts and payout amounts at its sole discretion, including for specific players, events, or market types.

• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;

On closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, g4444 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

Internal Complaints Procedure: To raise a formal complaint, players should contact g4444 support via the live chat facility available within the account dashboard. g4444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a full written response within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through g4444's internal complaints procedure, the parties may seek resolution through any alternative dispute resolution mechanism or legal process available under applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws applicable to g4444's operations. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
